Privacy policy

Last updated: September 22, 2026

SemiCircleGame has no server of its own: a game is played directly between the players' devices or, for online play, through Game Center, Apple's service. We do not collect, receive or host any personal data.

No data collection

We run no server and never receive anything from your device:

Exchanges between players

During a game, the players' devices exchange:

Device permissions

The game asks for only two permissions, solely to play nearby:

Data retention

Your nickname and preferences stay on your device for as long as the game is installed; uninstalling the game erases them. Games themselves are never saved.

No third parties besides Apple

SemiCircleGame includes no analytics, no advertising, no trackers and no third-party SDKs. Only Game Center, Apple's service built into iOS, is used, for online play. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. The web pages you are reading here are likewise served without cookies or tracking.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, you exercise your rights directly on your device:

Security

The Bluetooth link between devices is not encrypted, so that joining a game never asks you to pair the phones. It only carries game data: nicknames, themes, answers and scores. Online, exchanges go through Apple's Game Center infrastructure. Your preferences benefit from iOS system protections: app sandboxing and device encryption.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the game evolves. The date above indicates the latest version.
